Mateusz leads every project the way a director leads a film: start with intention, build the story around emotion, then execute with precision. From directing on set and cinematography to editing, color, sound, motion, and final delivery, he runs the full pipeline end-to-end—then signs off only when every detail meets the Budyn Bros. standard.
That obsession with timing didn’t begin in post. It began in music. Mateusz was a musician first, and he still plays drums, guitar, and piano. He also composes original, trailer-grade music and sound design—so the story doesn’t just look cinematic, it feels cinematic.
His work spans directing, filming, writing, and editing three short films (including an award-nominated title), and editing twelve documentaries alongside Emmy-nominated filmmakers. He has edited projects connected to names like Mike Tyson, Matthew McConaughey, and Floyd Mayweather, cut ads for legends like Tony Robbins, and delivered work for Fortune 500 brands including Tide and Duolingo. He has also contributed to productions for Apple TV and NBCUniversal, and helped shape viral content for YouTube channels with millions of subscribers.
