As President & Creative Director, Mateusz defines the intention, emotional direction, and high-level message behind each project. He works closely with the pre-production team to communicate the desired audience impact and ensures the developed story aligns with that intent. He leads all production and post-production execution – directing on set, handling cinematography, editing, color grading, sound, motion, and final delivery. He maintains quality control across all final outputs and upholds the visual signature of the Budyn Bros. brand.
His portfolio includes directing, filming, writing, and editing 3 short films (one of which was nominated for an award), editing 12 documentaries with Emmy-nominated filmmakers for clients like Mike Tyson, Matthew McConaughey, and Floyd Mayweather. Editing ads for legends like Tony Robbins, and working with Fortune 500 brands such as Tide and Duolingo. Mateusz has also contributed to high-profile productions for Apple TV and NBCUniversal, and created viral content for YouTube channels with millions of subscribers.
Entirely self-taught, Mateusz honed his expertise through YouTube tutorials, experimentation, and relentless practice. A naturally gifted musician since age three, he taught himself drums, guitar, and piano, enriching his filmmaking with rhythmic precision and emotional depth.
His passion and expertise have earned him invitations to the 87th Academy Awards and the 70th Festival de Cannes.
Vice President
Ireneusz shapes the written backbone of Budyn Bros.’ work. He crafts the scripts and narrative materials that drive both client projects and the company’s own content. He originated the name CinemAd™ and developed additional naming across the CinemAd™ product line, helping define the language that represents the brand. He also wrote the foundational copy for the Budyn Bros. website, setting the tone for how the studio presents itself to the world. Beyond that, he scripts the company’s ads and occasionally appears as a voice or on-camera presence. His work translates the team’s creative direction into words that give each project structure, clarity, and a distinct narrative identity.
